shipping policy

All orders are insured against loss or damage by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, take photos and submit images of the un-opened box on all four sides as well as the contents inside the box. If damage has occurred to the contents inside the box, please do the following and your order will be replaced at no charge:

1. Reseal the damaged box with all of the original packaging.
2. Notify us when complete and wait for shipping label to be sent to you.
3. Once label arrives, place on the box and call 251-476-3113 for pickup.
